Request Resale DocumentS

In order to request Resale documents, please have the transacting title company complete the form below and we will process the request. Please provide us with as much information as possible. Payment will need to be received by Arcadia Real Estate and Management before processing. Payment can be made by wire, by check/money order by mail or by courier service. Requested information will be sent directly to the requestor.

          Fees are as follows:

• HOA Resale Certificate (with Documents) - $300
• COA Resale Certificate/Questionnaire (with Documents) - $350
• Statement of Account - $100
• Refinance Statement of Account - $75

          Rush fees are as follows: (Days from closing date)

• No Fee if 7 or More Days
• 5-6 Days - $50
• 2-4 Days - $75
• Same Day - $100
